between SH and ST network different really depends on location. ST usually give better data speed in "Most" location. But there again there are places where SH is faster.

I think if you do not have issue with SH than don't see a port to change.

Like at home M1 and ST are better for me. My SH network Is slow and falls back to 3G due to coverage issue.

I see. So to you, the switch from SingTel to VIviFi no visible difference ?
Absolutely no difference... but my use case is very different from the normal user profile... I usually use only 300 MB out of the available 3 GB... no mostly on home or work wifi... I don't stream anything on the phone, no videos, music... just calls, text via Whatsapp & Chat/Spaces, surfing internet via Chrome and using shopping apps occasionally like Shopee, Lazada & Qoo10... other apps are rarely used too...

Minus volte option but minor issue to me everything is the same as singtel. Do take note MNO nowadays have special clause for 12 month contract and limited free CallerID during contractual period for SIM only plans.

My VOLTE toggle is on... but I have no idea if it works... probably don't need it so I don't miss it?

VOLTE will display itself at the top corner of your cellphone if the Telco does support it. In this case, Vivifi doesn't have VOLTE.
Never realised it... previously was on Starhub 4G then Singtel 4G but didn't see the VOLTE notification in the shade...

Apparently, it isn't automatic.

I emailed Vivifi this morning to request for the change. They replied, verified my details and request, and settled it. So happens that today is one of the dates for plan change to take place.

The price adjustment will be reflected in my next bill while the plan change will be updated on my profile within the next 3 to 5 working days.

Hope that helps!

Edit: I just checked my profile on the website. It's already been updated to the new 9Gb Plus. Yay 🙂👍
