U would rather just pay for the delivery charge in the first place and save all the troubles. even taking public transport to the venue to collect also need mrt/bus fares which min $2 for two ways depending how far away u are.

Sometimes collect earlier than available delivery date.

May not cost much more eg collect on the way from work etc.

His case of 3 times vivifi staff not there a bit weird.

Confirmed triple guarantee. Even took photo with my watch & send to them.

The first at Bishan maybe can suspect timing, but second & third jurong/Serangoon made sure timing is correct.
Bishan self collection only available on 14th Jan.
And when did you go Bishan to collect?

This is a good option. Better than to have shop at far away location.

So far I have collected twice without issue. So have many others. Should not condemn it just because of 1 complain.

good and bad.. permanent shop front for collecting SIM in each part of SG region will be ideal too like some MVNO ... i.e redone can be collected at challenger and some mobile shops.. But ideally free delivery is the best option like GOMO or ex-GRID

I would rather they save the rental cost and give low price. After all you only need to collect SIM card once....

Don't want them to close shop like Grid.

ViviFi got no apps, right?

So only can use browser. If want to check usage need to login. Can I ask:

1.) every time I need to key-in user_ID and pwd?
2.) I need to navigate the menu, make a few taps then can see the usage?

Just to check ease of use for seniors.

Thanks

i don't even check vivifi dashboard often ... when you get low data alerts via sms (which hardly over use for me) . Just login bookmark the vivifi page dashboard i.e https://family.vivifi.me/dashboard/local easy peasy
