What are the options to pay Vivify bills expect from the app? Can it be paid online, via SAM/AXS machines?
Well you essentially paying them via Online(not Sam/axs machine) but through their own website payment system. Every month they will deduc from your card.

Vivifi payment is not like Singtel, M1 and Starhub where they send you a bill then you make payment online or SAM/AXS etc.

When you sign up for Vivifi, you have to indicate a credit or debit card. They will charge to the credit or debit card when you sign up and subsequently every month.

Second porting attempt completed and was successful.

Got an email, on Monday 8 Feb at 11.59pm, from TPG saying I've cancelled my service with them (which confused me for a bit but lucky i was sleeping and only saw everything this morning).

Then this morning at 2am+ got an SMS from Vivifi saying porting was successful.

how long does it take between registering and self collect

I applied on 28 Oct 2020 at 9.12pm. Received the email needed for collection on 29 Oct 2020 at 3.50pm.

Once you get the email, can collect from any of MRT stations based on their schedule.

I would suggest collecting in the afternoon if you need to port in same day because the cutoff time for port-in request is 6.30pm.

Remember, once collected you need to stick the SIM card into your phone and activate it.

Thanks. Good to know as I need to apply for another one soon. Will apply in the morning.

Does Vivifi start billing on application or activation of card ?

Seems like their billing cycle is fixed on 1st of the month so most probably they will prorate the month you using.

Some feedback - upon activation, unable to receive Otp for maybank and singlife. Send a request via their online feedback form and I managed to receive Otp from these 2 financial institutions after 2 days but I wonder if it was resolved by the techs as I didn't receive any reply from vivifi

2 weeks later. I realised that I was unable to receive Otp from ezbuy and singpost. OK fine, I submit a request again (pending their resolution) and I need to elaborate on the issue in response to their long questionnaire (indoor/outdoor/whether signal bar full/date and time etc)

Today really frustrated becoz I was unable to send out sms as my quota of 100 has been used up which I'm skeptical of it as I'm sure I did not use that much unless all incoming smses are counted. So nevermind I purchased the booster but after my purchase the booster is reflected in my account but I still cannot send out the smses. Bloody hell, no hotline no live chat so I got to wait for their response via email.

Think I wil port out to MR after this
