Yes, feel like the data usage is more too!
Difficult to check against previous months cos changed phone.
Decided to upgrade from Lite plan to Plus 6GB instead

i did not receive any billing for 1st pro rated month. the 2nd month i receive billing was for 1st month pro rate + 2nd month full. 5 months now, no billing issues for me.

receive bill notice is from SMS.until now still not able to see my real bill from my accout.
Is your bill statement is clearly state charge details?
$11.59 Not a full month OR 1st month pro rate + 2nd month full OR 1st month pro rate AMOUNT.

Since you only use 4-5 days, just email them and ask why they bill you more than 1 month. I use since 8 Feb and still haven’t get billed.

Based on plan activation date on 15 Feb & including March subscription, the calculation should be,

Feb ($9.98 / 28 x 14 days) + Mar ($8.50) = $4.99 + $8.50 = $13.49 (incl. GST)

Not sure how that $11.59 comes about.

I think his 1st mth bill ish less than 2 wks. Maybe after he enquire with vivifi, they may realized they under charged, then recalculated to higher charges. Haha

This kind of discussion is better you get the detailed way telco calculate the amount for you. Basically get the invoice. No invoice no payment. Any business who collect money from you without invoice is asking for trouble.

Who knows maybe they charge you more days prorated? So many variables.
