On the other hand, 5G NSA is really not worth the money for it.

The speed is just "higher" than 4G+. It is not like the "super higher speed" of 5G SA.

So yah! I will cancel the $7 5G NSA addon next month.

Folks,

A stupid question...after so many years of using mobile phone.. 🤭

Do you let the phone auto-select the network or manual-select VIVIFI?

Anyway again...

Despite the talk of "not worth". Look at the download speed of the 5G NSA I have tested at the foot of my office building! 641 sia!

But then again. For normal social apps usages. We don't need that kind of high speed! A 4G+/4G speed is good enough!

iirc i couldn't port Singtel MVNO line to Singtel directly. Apparently, there may be some agreement between them not to "cannibalize" each other's business, hence there may be no direct porting between Singtel and their MVNOs

Hi guys, I have a few questions about the porting away from Vivifi, very confused especially with the family sharing plan.

  1. All my family lines are shared from my account with Vivifi, mine is the main account. If I switch from Vivifi to another telco, can they remain on Vivifi?
  2. If cannot, do we all need to switch at the same time so that they can port their number to a new telco?
  3. Can their numbers be ported out since they are under a "share" plan? Initially their numbers were ported in from M1.

^ from their FAQ about other telco port INTO vivifi , which is opposite of your situation , the FAQ say move the subsidiaries first before the main account

I have no issue with my Singtel XO plan with mobile sharing. Did you collect your SIM card from the pick-up point after 6.30 pm? If it is, it will only be ported over the next working day after 11 pm.

So far I have managed to port over my Singtel line to zero1, but not to Heya.
