Zero1 FAQ some of the articles are outdated and not updated (can see the last updated date). Anyway just to clarify all Zero1 plans have no registration or SIM card fees. Only delivery fee of $11.77 is applicable if you choose delivery. If you choose self collection of SIM card at SingPost post offices it is free.

Actually Vivifi can self-collect from selected mrt stations between 5.30 -7.30 pm. So far I have gone to collect twice. Remember to collect before 6.30 pm and get it activated so that it will be ported over the same day at 11.30 pm.

no need can activate at your own time within 30days. https://help.vivifi.me/hc/en-us/articles/900005824243-Online-Singpass-Myinfo-SIM-activation i think you can read on the email they sent you too..
