After you terminate a number, if you want to activate again with the same number, they will charge you that $50. It can only be done if it's their number. If it's number ported-in from another telco, the number will return to the original telco. So I have decided to terminate my Vivifi number because, well, I don't need the data anymore. Under their T&C at their website, there's a sentence saying that if the number that I have with Vivifi was issued by them (in my case, yes), they will recover that number for SGD 50. Can someone explain in simple language what that means??
Thanks!
Is this the industry standard for all MNOs and MVNOs in Singapore whereby all mobile numbers will return to the respective operators for both postpaid and prepaid? After you terminate a number, if you want to activate again with the same number, they will charge you that $50. To my knowledge, yes.Is this the industry standard for all MNOs and MVNOs in Singapore whereby all mobile numbers will return to the respective operators for both postpaid and prepaid?
I tried GOMO 5G for two weeks and gave up as the data and voice connection is buggy on my son and my iPhone 13 Pro. I even reset my phone network settings and it still sucks. I’m on Vivifi 5G now and the connections are very stable. I keep hitting the call limits and cannot make calls anymore so had to top up to continue making voice calls as VOLTE is not supported.Any difference between gomo and vivifi network coverage or speed?
What has hitting the call limit related to volte?I tried GOMO 5G for two weeks and gave up as the data and voice connection is buggy on my son and my iPhone 13 Pro. normal use for message send thats what i gathered so far ... i never hit the limit so far ..For the vivifi plus 20GB plan, what's the throttled speed like after the 20GB is used up?
Can I have a code please?
Thinking of signing up for the 20GB plan
Anybody got referral code to share?
