Typical support, heng I only on the cheapest plan. Ported old number from TPG, first week of Nov receive sim card and activated, immediately started having issues with OTP SMS, email their support after a couple of days, give the typical reply we're looking into it blah blah, then no response. Wait until today then they close the case with the usual we check everything ok on our side blah blah. Either I the only bugger damn unlucky or...

Your problem seems to stem from TPG... porting over from the main telcos like M1, Starhub or Singtel or their own MVNOs is problem-free...

I'm pretty sure I've heard before people with almost zero SingTel signal in their flat.

In general, SingTel LTE is better than others, but doesn't mean it is always the case.

Best coverage means highest chance of getting a good signal. Key word is chance, not definite. Singtel sucks for my house and my old camp, SH much better.

every telco have its blind spots .. it wont be 100%... but generally singtel is the best coverage

Wonder if it is better to diversify especially now may need to work from home for work or school. In case wifi and mobile line of the telco down, at least if have other telco lines can still hotspot.

Also depends on needs. If all 4 low usage, 8.80 or 9.80 plans works out almost the same price.

redundancy for lion city context is not so crucial I would say.
The chance for network to be down is still very very low I would say. Plus most ppl have fibre broadband at home and wifi at work. Dun think it is so important. Haha.

It is true becos it is called blind spots but cannot deny that Singtel and StarHub have generally much better coverage and speed than M1 in most areas. Based on IMDA and the statistics can confirm this also. While it is not possible to guarantee 100% coverage and speed for all areas. Having relatively better overall coverage and speed will likely to bring better user experience.
