Kbps yeap not mbps.. That data is for texting purpose
0.13kbps can't even send anything.
Not even texting.

0.13kbps = 130bps.
0.13Mbps = 130kbps = 130,000bps.

Dialup is 56kbps, or 56000bps.
GPRS is up to 64kbps.

Can show the FB post? Esp if it's 0.13kbps...

Now $9 9gb.. Previous was $8 8gb correct?
Porting over one of my family member's line from CM's $8 plan to VVF's $9 plan for better coverage.

Any long time VVF users here to share review? The only thing stopping me to port my personal main line from giga to VVF is that I scared it will exit like Grid....

What is the data block nowadays? Is it still 1MB?

Helping my father source for a new plan. He seems to forget to turn off data at the end of the day, so if block size is big, it'd really eat into his data.

I was with Vivifi and switched to Giga thinking the VoLTE would be useful but it doesn't work even though my phone was supported and their CS just didn't bother to resolve my issue. In the end, I switched back to Vivifi with the latest $9/9GB plan.

That's NOT how block sizes work, otherwise whatsapping for a day would use up gigabytes of data already.

Vivi previously $9.8 with 6GB per month. Since they updated to $9 9gb but they never free upgrade to those who switched earlier.😠😠

I would say better than Grid. I had a Grid line for about 2 weeks & no matter what I tried, I could not get iMessage to activate on my phone. Migrated to vivifi & iMessage was verified in 5 mins...

As folks mentioned, can write in & change FOC. Do note that they only change plans on specific days of the month (7th, 15th, 21st). If you write in today, probably still can catch the 7th to switch over. If you write in on Tuesday (8th), then need to wait for the 15th liao.

Anyone faced this issue whereby your port-in mobile number is not under the registered owner?

I faced this issue whereby this port-in mobile number is actually registered under my name but my dad is using this line and when yesterday i sign up for vivifi plan for my dad i used his particulars to sign up instead. Today I saw the Number Porting status failed. I have emailed them about this today but needs to wait until mon. Is there anyway i can faster resolve it on my own?

Since the number is under your name, the vivifi account should be signed up under your name so that the porting request can be processed with the correct ownership. Your current situation is as good as some random person signed up for a new line and requested to port your number to this new line.

Perhaps the easiest way to resolve this is to sign up for a new vivifi account under your name and proceed with the port in request and cancel the existing temp line that vivfi has assigned to your dad's account after the 2 minimum billing cycle.

I was thinking transfer of ownership might be an option since I did it for free through starhub quite some time back but vivifi charges for it and takes quite some time to process as well. https://help.vivifi.me/hc/en-us/articles/4401905943065-Transfer-of-Ownership

FMNP (Full Mobile Number Portability) failed because the original subscriber isn't him.
You have to resubmit FMNP form, with the original subscriber (on previous network) being you, and the new subscriber (on VIVIFI) being him.

And no, FMNP typically process only from Mon-Sat, excluding PH.
There's also cut-off time to meet, failure to do so will do on the next business day.
