once ported over the service with m1 should be over.. account is active is normal you can still check your bills ... like wise from my previous Myr i can still login to check my bills but the plan is already inactiveI just ported over to vivifi from M1 bespoke sim only plan. After my line is ported over to vivifi, my M1 account doesn’t close immediately. Need to call their hotline to request for termination of the line. Hope I won’t be charged for these 3 days.
