with most people back to work in office congestion for ST network is all the same... unless you need high priority network best to stick with ST MNO direct and not its MVNO.

Not linked to crowd. Even when not crowded, there is certain stretch that will not have signal except when door open. If I recall correctly, Outram to I think Lavender.

Other than this, did not encounter any other signal problem.

Based on IMDA testing, Singtel and M1 both failed coverage in the DTL for the last quarter reported. Won't be surprised if their upgrading to 5G and replacing 4G towers might have contributed to this.

Coverage will always change whenever they deploy new technology, because they will take down the old to replace with the new. This happened from 2G to 3G, and from 3G to 4G. And when they progressively upgraded 4G hardware over the years too.

I take the DTL everyday, on Zero1, links and images don't load in long stretches.

Do you know if IMDA use certain stations for testing or test the entire line ?

Can't see how they can pass East West line if they had tested Outram station.

Also, the loss in signal is between stations. When the door open the signal comes back. IMDA test is at the station or in the tunnel between stations ?

I don't know. But I won't be surprised if it's not the whole line comprehensively.

I don't really think we do comprehensive testing - cos if we do, the real coverage numbers will expose the companies. Remember, Singapore is pro-business, not pro consumer. We need to make a real business case for the poor coverage to level the comparison in their eyes,
