It seems strange the other virtual telcos haven't enabled it yet. It does send a message they don't care for their customer's safety. It's not a hard feature to implement given that it's already done at the main telco level - they just need to integrate into their systems as simply as using a USSD code.

For me, I keep getting scam calls who refuse to hang up. The recent spate of calls are malaysian numbers. who will call me "Mary". and even though it's a wrong number will keep talking. I have hung up on a few of them after trying unsuccessfully to get them to stop calling,

BUT, it could all be avoided if they simply just enable the option.

Just checking after activating the esim, i can wait for port over to be completed tmr b4 scanning the qr code for esim on iphone to prevent any “unexpected” issus right? Thanks!

my sis ported from zym to vivifi since thurs nite, but no 5G... is it normal? need to wait for few days?

If you linked a CC to your account, it will automatically pay on 24th of each month.
Alternatively, you can trigger to manual pay start on 20th of each month or 4-5 working days before recurring payment triggered. They will send a SMS to inform you.

based on my own experience, If you new sub in FEB 2024, your bills should be prorated and charged in MAR 2024 together with the MAR bills

mine was live on 7th JUL. charged 18 SGD on 24 JUL - 10 for JUL , 8 for JUN

Ok cause i wanna sign new line for work claim.

I activated sim on 31jan and am able to see prorated usage on my acct that day.

Means shall wait till 20feb to dl phone bill to send to hr.

My concern is to minimise prorated payment which will be out of my pocket cause claim is for monthly fixed amt
