my vivifi 12 months free roaming just ended

can contact vivifi to renew this or change to another provider?

But doesn't seem like there's vibe in it... so maybe you better contact vivifi support

What days do y'all usually port out of Vivifi anyways, the billing cycle is quite confusing to me.

Seems like it is possible, but the plan is not worth it.
If you wish to remain on singtel and upgrade to 5G, then GOMO 5G plan is cheaper.
Not up to date on the rest of the provider.

What days do y'all usually port out of Vivifi anyways, the billing cycle is quite confusing to me.
Billing occurs on 25th of every month.
For example, your upcoming billing date is 25 Aug 2024. This is for the month of Aug 2024.
Whether it is 26 Jul - 25 Aug or 1st Aug - 1st Sept, i am not too sure hence i left vivifi 5 days before the 25th when i ported out.

My experience for the port out -
Ported into GIGA on 20 May 2024
Received my SIM and initiated port in on 21st
Ported in on 22nd

Received the Vivifi May 2024 bill on 25th May 2024

If you wish to, just port out early or even now, just in case there are screw ups during the port in process

Anyone knows usually how long it'll take?

Terrible. Thought Vivifi would be better than Giga in terms of customer responds. Email in to terminate my line since 19th Jul until now no respond from them. Send message via Facebook also no one reply.

All the same. Apply line or service reply so fast. Cancel line, pretend never receive email.
Just to check, so did they terminate your line?

Hi, yes they terminated the line.

They replied after 10 days of sending the email request.

So if you want to terminate, better to email early than 7 days before end of month as they stated.
