You pretty much already thought of porting out, TBH, there is no incentive to continue, telco likely won't accede to your request, suggest you re-look at better plans now, sharing or multi sim doesn't make sense these days given the huge data bundle single sim-only plan has. Ultimately, your needs will change, find a telco that suits you now.
Have been with Vivifi, since 2022. Was initially on 20 GB plan. The add Ons progressively, included due to competition. For $10 4G Vibe plan, it is suitable for usage, no complaints. If another MVNO is suitable for you, just go ahead. I do have another line with another Telco, for travel requirements.

I was on the pay 3 months, free 9 months (port in from circles) plan, when do I know it's in effect? I've paid the 3rd month of $15 with the second month being $25 prorated.
