Anyone facing problem get penalize and get charged for 1 additional month although already ported out from vivifi . I understand that we have to stay for 2 months in order not to get penalize but they combine my 2 months bill into 1 bill and said it is one cycle bill ( 8-30 June and 1-32 july is as one bill )

obviously ur so called first combined bill is not full 2 months thus they combine into 1 month bill i guess...

if u port in date starts on 1 june then it should not have prob.

i think this totally depends on how the MVNO calculate the bill.
some will just consider it as two bills.

so when u port in to a MVNO it does matter, and to fulfil the 2 months req, better stay for 3 months (include the pro-rated month and not to be charged extra).

This is a grey area . If they combine 10 months of bill in one is that consider as one bill cycle? Anyway beside vivifi ,which telco have such requirements ?
