Hospital will sent us a reminder of our appointment. It also advise for us to be there at least 15 minutes earlier - But the doctor will attend to you 1 hour or more

I did my endoscopy and colonscopy at SGH 20 years ago. Was sedated only hence still got slight feeling when they poked in the tube lol..

I did mine at CGH last month. Fell asleep halfway while talking before they explored my pigu dong. Totally painless. Woke up all done, had my sandwich and milo, slept a bit more, checked out an hour later.

If anything, the prep was worse than the actual thing by far. My doc showed me the scans picked up one small sigmoid colon polyp, nothing to worry about, see you again in 10 years...
