Long story short, an older friend explained and suggested that I go for scopy early.. I also did endoscopy!

Some do not have polyps at all. Still, unlikely to have any cause for concern

Actually, I am doing this because colorectal cancer is a leading cancer killer.

In Singapore, it is the most commonly diagnosed cancer and the top cancer killer overall. Globally, it has also become the leading cause of cancer death in adults under 50. With early screening, survival rates exceed 90%.

I think it has got to do with the fact that Singaporeans eat outside foods a lot which are less healthy than home cooked foods.
