Applecare must be within 60 days from date of purchase right?
So if buy from courts, then they deliver 1 month later, so means shortchange 1 month warranty ?

I recall no need to be check by Apple but I could be wrong. I decided to get AC+ since day 1.

I only know iPhone need to be checked

no need to check if the device is bought direct from Apple at the store and you buy AC+ immediately. Cause its brand new in box. I did mine many times until i found out A.Lab got 10% off AC+ so i bought from them liao. Then yes, A.Lab needs to check for physical damage and run the diagnostic tests.

e.g, If you buy now and keep it for 3 months before opening up and use it, your warranty left 9 months... anyone can advise?

Only products directly purchased from Apple Store are pre-activated. If you purchased from reseller you will have to activate the product manually.

I thought with AC, they will just replace since u are paying the fee. it’s so unnecessary to purposely go damage the watch.

i read that it has to be "broken" to replace it, so if its only have minor "scratches " they wouldn't exchange it.

To me, buying applecare for apple watch is a must have. Unlike phone, they dont really check for watch. They just do a 1 to 1 replacement. This is why the resale value is higher for apple watch which comes with apple care.

Titanium default 2 years warranty, added AC+ = 2 +1 = 3 years in total
