OK so I indeed misinterpreted. Apple Watch doesn't notify you when it's disconnected from your.phone, just that indicator as you mentioned.
yeah, stupid isn't it? I think it's not difficult when the icon appear also vibrate the watch. Actually, I already sent the feedback/suggestion to apple, since I'm wearing AWS3, not 7 already still unable to add the alert o_Oo_O

AFAIK, Apple Watch doesn’t have this feature from the start.

no, I'm only on GPS model, I don't need anything, I just want my apple watch to vibrate when disconnected from my iphone, so in case I left my phone at home, I know it immediately, Instead of reach office then back to take my phone again 😅
Actually I do receive a notification on my watch whenever my phone is far away from my watch. Not sure if it’s what u meant. Maybe u didn’t set up find my watch In the watch settings?

Yes, I can see the notification on my watch, the small red disconnected icon, but the problem is, my watch didn't vibrate unless I kept looking at my watch every minute 😅

Googled that emergency alert(e.g. Hard fall) can still be sent if the iphone is near the watch (bluetooth ver). Can anyone advise?

does it matter if i use a USBC adapter plug for charging vs say i use a USB>USBC converter to charge via a USB adapter?
running outta powerpoints and have some empty USB slots here.

Doesn't matter as long as still using the charging puck.
