Oh if the price is just eg $200 difference, then I will go for Ultra 2 for sure. Wanted to see how much is Ultra now. If it is like $800+ i will probably go for this as I don't need all the new functions. Just need a bigger screen. Hahaha

Yes if buy new then no point getting older model. Unless you can find a really cheap replacement set etc.

If want most value can wait for 11:11 shopee/lazada. Definitely cheaper than Apple store direct imo.

Actually the new blue is just a lighter shade than the 'dark blue' midnight.

When I bought the blue Alpine Loop for my AWU1, then use Modular Ultra watch face which is my daily watch face now, even the Apple Store staff thought I bought the AWU2 when I went to get my USB-C APP2.

I feel AWU trend will be minor cosmetic & spec bump yearly, maybe new material finish eg Black Ti. And of course, new band/band colors etc.. sort of like the normal Series AW. Cannot really tell the diff unless you ask the user

Recently I read that the micro LED screen for AWU will only be out in 2025. Aiyoh.....thought next year when I upgrade will get the micro LED AWU.

The spec bump (if really so) should be more significant than now. Until then my current AWU1 should be due for an upgrade liao.
