Before I bought my first Apple Watch AW7 45mm, I've never paid >$100 on a watch :s13: and yes, I then went on to buy an Ultra
Just got the AWU2 today. Feels good on the wrist. Got the Nomad Titanium Bracelet and the ringke clear case and zeelot tempered glass.

I noticed that with the apple watch, my iphone batt seems to drop faster. Maybe the constant communication with the watch adds to power consumption.

My watch data doesn't seem to be working.

How do I check that, other than just turning off my phone? :(

You don't have to turn off your phone, just turn off the Bluetooth can liao. If your watch is connected via the eSIM data, the cellular logo on the watch control centre should be green colour with a '4G', else it'll be just white in colour.

Another method is to go to your watch app, mobile service, and make sure the 'Mobile Plan' states your telco.

Thank you! Will look into these in the morning. 👍😊👍

Don't know why I didn't see any alert to your reply, when I'm also 'watch'ing this thread...

No worries, it’s also nothing urgent, just some information which may be helpful to you. (y):)

The cellular logo on my watch control center has been white color all this while, regardless of the presence of my phone or its BT connection on/off. :look:

However, on second try without my phone, I noticed some green dots on my watch face which I presumed should be the eSIM data.

Got to observe further coz I think there could've been a disconnection during that period, when I went out without my phone.

Thanks for helping (y)

The green dots on the Wayfinder face are an indication that cellular is active. The cellular icon should also be in green with a ‘4G’ on it.

Glad it’s working now.
