Thanks for sharing.Wireless control, USB input, BT and 3.5mm.
Balanced sound, I don't know what review say.
The Logitech Z407 is a good choice for me around $100+.
PC speaker in my opinion don't really need to spend too much.
Cuz it still depends on the sound card you are using and source.
Wow another b&w userGet second-hand "B&W S1" series speaker (Can be 601,602 or 607) and Fosi BT20A amp.
Your ears will thank you and that setup will last you for years, despite the low budget.
It costs slightly more then A2+ but way better than A2+ and even A5+
True audio is not area they focus on.Thanks for sharing.
Z407 speakers are still the decent one among the lot.
LGT released quite a lot of speakers but it is still not their niche.
Creative will be the natural choice.True audio is not area they focus on.
Gaming, conference, mouse and keyboard are their niche area.

unless u use earc on the monitor/pc.......Creative will be the natural choice.
Unfortunately, they are not really active in releasing more variety.
They are focused on one product line which is the Pebble.
I am not choosing it cos it is USB powered.
And I need to buy another adapter for it if I am using the speaker for non-PC usage.
Soundbar is not really suited for PC.

Dun think I using that high end.
I am a noob.
I am looking for a 2.1 speaker below $120.Which type of speaker are you looking at?
Soundbar?
Really that bad? I understand the mid and high not that great but ok for a budget PC speakersUsed to own before, don't really like it.

u need something with a subwoofer....Still using the usual PC monitor.
So, I dun have the arc option.
Just managing the finance to get the BOOM.
New desk setup, keeping things to the bare minimum. R1280DBs is kinda big.First thing is the speaker size for this model isn't big, smaller the speaker the bass output will be
smaller as compare with bigger speakers.
If you intend to play games I rather you get the Edifier R1280DBs at least the bass will be
deeper since the speaker is much larger than AE A2+.
Hmm... true, can't beat the physics. but coming from an old DELL AC511 monitor attach sound bar, I guess anything else is a good upgrade? haha... just want it to be small enuf to hide.Yea, cant beat physics, want bass, need big drivers. AE 2+ wont cut it, its rated at 65hz minimum
Depends on what music you listen to, pop genre is fine, but r&b/jazz/metal/rock, you will be missing alot of bass and impact
However, that said, I would still take a 2.0 over any sound bar even with sub
Last time SLS during the good old days outside the shops demo C&C red alert with this set of speaker ..... really bestOwned this last time, was quite famous & popular:
Altec Lansing ACS48
