Time for interest rates to rise. There isn't any liquidity crunch, but an abundance of cash all around.

Will be nice to have interest rates to rise. But SG many has fixed interest rates, so not so bad.

Price won’t crash, likely to remain flat for a couple of years. Same for Low interest rate.
Time and tides waits for no one bro. :D

The market has its own unique quirky ways to be different from majority opinions.

I think it will rise, but not a big extent. 1% to 2% is still a rise

Won’t lose money but the bigger piece of cake was already taken by clement canopy owners who entered earlier/cheaper.

Maybe still have some cookie crumbs left if buy at 15xxpsf.

It’s in a mature estate (with proven rental) surrounded by good schools afterall... quite safe imo.

Anyway, not guru, recently also participate lesser in this forum. :D
