You get to enjoy the facilities and the security of a condo. The difference will be between a strata landed title vs a landed title.

There are very few strata landed in the west. At east side, at least we still have Riverfront Strata landed or Affinity landed. Got to thank Oxley Holdings for that.

Even though strata landed in condo, foreigner can buy without approval, the price did not appreciate much. Interesting. Strata landed not popular at all.

a decent plot of land in d28 i think nowadays below 800psf for just land (with free house which you have to tear down) is hard to get liao lo... those were 2018 prices.. landed only a few places can get below 1.5k psf (for land only) and if this trend continues its only going to go up.. till it doesnt.
