Hi guys, new to this thread and the topic of property. Realised that the property prices are actually pretty high now compared to 2017 thereabout despite covid. Do you guys think that the prices will continue to soar despite all the gloomy economy?

Will consolidate over next quarter, and increase once international restrictions are loosen.

However, according to some experts, property price will crash 40%

Wa 40%?! Currently looking for cheaper OCR places like D28. Any gurus have any advice if it's gonna be a stupid buy? Especially after looking at the stackedhome graph. 😂

Tanah Merah plot under GLS Programme receives 15 bids; Yishun EC site at draws 7 bids.

“A plot next to Tanah Merah MRT Station, zoned residential with commercial at first storey, drew 15 bids.
The highest bid, from MCC Land (Singapore), was S$248.99 million, which translates to about S$930 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr)”

“The second plot, in Yishun Avenue 9 and designated for executive condominium (EC) housing development, drew seven bids.
The top bid, from Sing Holdings, came in at S$373.5 million, which works out to about S$576 psf ppr”

THAT country tourists will come to buy up our available condo units pushing it up
Then they’ll apply to get SPR migrate here

MCC Land’s portfolio isn’t that impressive, but should be enough for mass market condo

RCR also not bad compared to some of the launches. at least got unique points to them

May not la, tourist from there come in no Q, but go back Still got 14days Q…

I believe there is only one way. Given Singapore as an island state with limited land, property prices can only goes up. Good news is, it will goes up in a control mode, managed beautifully by the higher echelon :s13:
