Prices already crashed 30%, pls see recent bids for the tanah merah site and yishun ec.

Highline still very new, just TOP 2-3 years ago. Near MRT and has all the amenities. And it will benefit from the Tiong Bahru rejuvenation.

For 100psf more, I will take Tiong Bahru over Tanah merah anytime :)

There is no more land in Tiong Bahru, and nearby ones are like 20+ years old condominiums that are riped for en-block.

From an investment point of view perhaps you may be right but properties is more than that. There are many reasons why some people would choose Tanah Merah over Tiong Bahru. Work proximity, family, East Coast lifestyle, schools etc...
