Taka got luggage now until 12 or 14 May if I’m not wrong. Saw Eminent, Nat Geo, Caterpillar (CAT) luggage there. Was considering CAT stealth at $279. Any one got try Cat luggage before?

Only tried Lojel and Samsonite.

I think all luggages are more or less the same.

Try to get the lightest ones though.

Just by materials already alot diff.... Some brands models more durable, some lightweight etc

Have a Lojel and Samsonite 25" luggage

After a few years, the Lojel lock stopped working...cant lock anymore.

Samsonite still ok, working fine.

Lojel cubo?? Anyway is better not to use the luggage lock because will give you a lot of trouble once damage especially when you are oversea

I bought the $32 hardcase one, used to Japan and TW this year. Very light, my checkin total luggage weight for 2pax always 14-16kg. I find the black soft case even lighter.

I buy hardcase made of at least polycarbonate to make sure it last. From what I understand, Eminent and Hush Puppies are the same factory. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Weight limit is more applicable for check-in luggage while size applies for cabin luggage. What is your question?

The sum of length, width and height of check in baggage must not exceed 158cm (62 inches)
So far , my 26-inch luggage suits my SQ flight very well.
But it is better to do your own measuring, due to differences manufacturers have their own sizes.
