this one confirm is not enough glue at the top portion. LOCA shrinks 0.5% when fully cured, when u get the bubble lor.

Just a quick update on my wsd. Seems like FP is getting a little bit better. I only need to aim at the middle of the FP logo and press harder then it will register and unlock phone. Works like 8/10. Although i prefer the sp-less version whereby I can press lightly and still read.

Same here. Need to apply abit of pressure. Re-registering a few times works too.

I am one of the unlucky 30% that totally doesn't work. The lady cured 20 mins for me and it didn't work at all...

incase after they solve the FP issue with some batches
then I will go and get it installed

The SP covers the screen just enough, so it should work with most cases. For starters, the default one with in our S10/S10+ box works fine with the SP.

Day 2, my FP sensor is still very 'weak'... hardly any better. Maybe try to cure a few minutes under the UV light later...

The shop kind enough offered 1 week warranty... BUT we also cannot keep spending time going to shop mah...

I think best solution is to leave the screen protector that has already been pre-installed on, until we know more about how the WSD will turn out...

it's the same issue elsewhere for the whitestone dome installed on s10/s10+..

interestingly, the loca supplied for s10/10+ is different from other phone models.., hence beware of local retailers who actually repack the product (i have seen 2 so far)..

Although I can get around the fingerprint issue..I changed my wsd twice due to the top part of it being able to stick properly.. but since second one still cannot stick.. I changed to some other product cause jo point keep trying..

Now without any sp..the fp scanner is indeed very very fast..almost instant and so sensitive
