Ya I must commend Mobilestop for their professionalism in this WSD issue.

I'm on my second piece already. All this while they're very courteous and replies were fast.

Done it today, cure it for 15mins, loca glue slightly lesser. Instead of letting it flow to the middle, i let it go somewhere 3/4 top.

And it works perfectly for me.

Just as an update for those interested. I have received my $60 refund from mobilestop. I ordered via the pre-order on Facebook, when it first launched.

A bit disappointing there has to be so much hassle and back and forth, and the thing still ended up not working, but Mobilestop was really professional and polite; at least, based on my experience with the online staff (via FB messenger) as well as the shop staff at the outlet I went to. I understand that those who bought it through qoo10 ran into some issues, so I can't comment about that ah.

I don’t know you all apply Whitestone for what sia

I find it so burden to install Whitestone. Install already use case also got issue. Must protect like a baby like that, cannot put in bag. 1 dust or scratch will make the glue come out.

That time my S9 I put in bag, then take out from bag got dust stuck on TOP of the screen. Use cloth clean lightly the glue come out and got 1 ugly patch and have to go down ask them to help me patch. Luckily the lady know me and she help me to patch.

I remember my S9+ I went down like 4-5 times until the issue is solved.

My S8, S8+, Note8, S9, S9+ and Note 9 all using Whitestone with Samsung clear view cover put on. And never will want to try other case.

Got 1 time I tried a spigen case on my S8+ side gets bubble. You tube say won’t got bubble, so I try end up got bubble.

I will never want to apply Whitestone on my S10 phones already. Luckily got free screen protector installed. Rather use that then waste $ apply. Later issue here issue there.

Tomorrow will be day 4 for me... sensitivity is gradually improving, but I'm still keeping tabs on my FB messages with them. I really hope it will "magically" work by the end of this week sia... I don't mind if I have to press a little harder, at least make it work 9/10 times if not always.

The fingerprint seems to be working better as the days goes by.

Day 3 after replacing the WSD with a new glass a with over 5min under the uv light . Fingerprint recognition is still majority a miss during day 1 and 2. Day 3 removed and register all fingerprints and things seems more positive now. Will continue to monitor the results.

just curious. do u still press as hard as day 1/2 now? for now without wsd a simple tap can unlock liao. so much better.

film protectors aka PET types are good enough.

For now, whitestone is having issue until their iron them out..

What do you mean by lesser force to unlock? Do you still need to press into the display? Cause when using the film protector, you need only tap (or just place your finger on the screen) to unlock the phone. If using Whitestone require you to noticeably press into the display, I think I'll never make the switch again.

It gets easier to unlock phone as the days go by.
Now on my 5th day after application.
Day 3, I could only register my right index. Now I can register all my fingerprints already.
But I still register 2 times for my right thumb which is the one that I use most.

lol let us know when u reached the same stage (simple light tap to unlock) as film type. if that is possible then ppl may be more willing to give it a 2nd chance.
