The ingredients are cheap, the skills to make prata not as impressive as pizza also.

The worker have to roll, press and flip the dough may be 20-30 times to make one single slice of prata... If he charges $1 each, he'll suffer some repetitive muscles disorder and don't even earn enough to see a physiotherapist....

Edmwers make $20k month, let the poor hawkers make some money. Else they all retired because cannot survive. Then no one to make pratas for you.

If want to save money, buy those $10+ for 30 slices of prata from supermarket... Frying is super easy even don't need oil if you have non stick pan. My kids don't eat curry anyway.... Just plain prata also very nice.

buy frozen one and make hot yourself lah ...

then make your own curry or fish sauce since you so smart..

these kind of complains are the worse mind. takes how long to make one prata ? more than one minute.

$1 per hr ? then the store how many workers , electricity, rental ,cost price , water , profits?

got chance I will not even serve such stingy person.

Look at their curry, usually liquid whole pot , onl6 few meats and tomatoes,

So that you would buy their more premium chicken curry, fish curry or mutton curry to eat with the prata.
