Even if they wash their hands, it's just rinse and wipe with their own towel and back to flipping pratas.Just in case go toilet forget to wash hands.

Eggmy say that stall rental does not affect food prices, who is she kidding??It’s the rental of the stall which is expensive
May I know what brand you usually buy. Tried FP and Chinatown brand, not good. The worker have to roll, press and flip the dough may be 20-30 times to make one single slice of prata... If he charges $1 each, he'll suffer some repetitive muscles disorder and don't even earn enough to see a physiotherapist....
Edmwers make $20k month, let the poor hawkers make some money. Else they all retired because cannot survive. Then no one to make pratas for you.
If want to save money, buy those $10+ for 30 slices of prata from supermarket... Frying is super easy even don't need oil if you have non stick pan. My kids don't eat curry anyway.... Just plain prata also very nice.
If government can allow people to make inn home and sell, sure will bring down price.TS then why not make yourself ?
Can setup a home business too.

You can eat it on its own.
Try opening a shop to sell lor and sell cheap to the bros here. 造福人群。The ingredients are cheap, the skills to make prata not as impressive as pizza also.
