Aside from this horror.. i had a red wine from.. Rocky or some wild rock naming wine.. i couldnt really remember.. Pinot Noir..

Taste like fruit. berries i think. But goes well with my Pasta. She brought the wine along. Free Corkage.

I cant really recalled coz after that we went clubbing. Two of us drank 1.5 bottles of Martell, some Jaggerbomb, some can of red bull, some shots, mixers n funny stuff.. etc... barely made it out. The service staff n bouncers at St James were very nice. They move us to a quiet corner n took care of us.. :o

Personally for me, I can understand the appeal but the Sowine would not be very applicable for me. Most of the time my wine is consumed within the meal and usually those that I leave overnight I purposely let it air overnight to see how the wine progresses. If its a good wine it should hold in the bottle even overnight.

Hi can share photo shoots of the wines we had during last Sat Dim Sum lunch?

That was a good session and good opportunity to compare Sancerre & Pouilly Fume side by side, not forgetting there was an interesting Oaked US Sauvignon Blanc and wild card Spanish Albarino too. Thanks.

Yeah, thanks for welcoming me to the makan session last Saturday.. It was a great experience! We had wines from 4 different countries and a good spread of styles..

Excellent opportunity to meet up with fellow wine lovers and share tips and lobangs on wines too.. Not to mention the delicious dim sum..

So when are we gonna do the next one? Shall we do a Bordeaux Medoc + SE GCC or 2nd wine? This one should go well with steaks and such..

with the announcement of Carrefour closing soon, i hope there will be some clearance sales on wines. Especially those that Carrefour brings in themselves.

gonna stock up on their Loires and Alsace wines. Many good QPRs there.
