Its not a very bassy earpiece. But for the price, the sound and features it offers is out of the norm.

Sadly, that connection is the critical killer for this earpiece. Its the same in my case for both truedots and e12 ultra. My basic expectation is, if I go out of range, it should connect back seamlessly when I am back in range. Eg, when I am streaming tv show on my laptop and I went to kitchen to get a drink (with the earbuds in my ears), when I come back, it should connect back seamlessly.

Both truedots and e12 ultra has difficulties in doing this. Even if its eventually connected, they either take a while for the sound to appear, or 1 side no sound. That's qcc3020 chip for you....

For the Truedots that I got recently - I have just tried doing that..moved out of range - got disconnected; moved within range - got connected back automatically. Sound wise - If I am out of range for too long, the app will auto pause the playback. But if it was just a short while, like 10 sec or so (not sure if it is app dependent), the audio will continue to stream, both sides also have, didn't take 'a while' to have the sound too.

Will feedback if I face similar issue in future.

Edit: I was using my hp, just noted that you were using laptop in your example.

no special settings right? just connect that's it rite?

nothing special, just normal pairing done. on Bluetooth page I have both "SOUNDPEATS TrueDot" and SOUNDPEATS TrueDot L" as paired devices.

When connected, The "SOUNDPEATS TrueDot" will show aptX next to it.

Edit: Depends on which side got connected to the phone first, the aptX will appear next to it.

You could try resetting the buds and your phone network settings

Yes now I remember I did encounter some issues initially (don't know what I did to the earbuds but it ended up behaving like single earpiece mode - one side got sound one side didn't have). I removed them from paired devices and re-paired them, after that no more problem.

Just the voice prompts like 'connected', etc. China sets have voices spoken in chinese, US sets have voices spoken in english. Other than this, no difference. The US sets are made in china also.

Any differences to the fiil app for China sets?

Just got truedots from fellow forumer.

Bassier than nuarl n6p.
Auto pairs. But 1 side takes longer ~8 secs.

Quite a value for money purchase.

$100+ range? Personally if going purely for sound quality, mifo o7. Else tevi lypertek. You like bass or more neutral sound?

could I request a comparison of mifo o7 and lypertek tevi? :)

Mifo o7 earbuds and case are very compact. Sound quality is superb, very well balanced with elevated mids and mid treble, giving it a very clean and clear sound signature. My favorite tws at the moment.

Lypertek tevi ear bud and case are more bulky. Overall sound is quite neutral and on the bright side. Battery life is longer than the mifo.

No difference.

They use the same app for all their products.

Hello. Looking for a budget earbud for normal and running usage. Budget about below 70 would be ideal.

fiil t1x seems to be popular here. Any other recommendation?

Does fiil t1x have bad video audio sync delay?

Thanks in advance.
