any recommendations?????????????????????????

Reception varies between earbuds and the devices you're pairing it with, plus the environment as well.

Maybe you can give example of the type of environment you're losing reception in? Where your device is kept when you're listening to the earbuds? These things usually have good reception at line of sight.

Sony WF-SP800N. Water resistance (I wash with soap and water ) good battery life with noise cancellation. Good bass for those who like bass. Sound quality can tune to near WF-1000XM3 quality with the manual equalizers. Great battery life but no NFC and wireless charging. USB type C connector.

Highly recommend you to call Sony for testing kit and test fit personally. Its not suitable for everybody. But must try out all the sizes and make sure your ears are clean. I've used them for gym and jogging no problem though. But its not water resistance so do take note.
Thats why I bought the SP800N.

Currently using wf-1000xm3.

With current choice looking for a budget sports earbud. Is t1xs or creative Outlier a good choice? Or any even cheaper budget for me to consider?
