Its good for your needs. If you really gonna buy, buy it on Lazada tmr prob can get under $50 with the laz bonus thing.

Pixel buds pro.

Very comfortable and doesn't protrude much out of the ears. Treble and mids are present, could be a tad piercing at times. Heavy mid bass, the 11mm drivers you can hear as much as you can feel. Soundstage is pretty enclosed and not very spacious. Volume control can be done by swiping on the earbuds which works well (down to increase volume, up to decrease). There seems to be no way to turn off the adaptive ANC, long pressing on the earbuds just switches between adaptive ANC and transparency mode. Transparency mode sounds quite unnatural. Taking either bud out of the ears will stop playback, which is quite irritating for me. Putting any of the earbuds in the ear will resume playback. I hope this in ear detection can be turned off. Unfortunately the pixel buds app keep crashing, so there's no way to find out what I can do with the app.

I think it is competing with the Sony Sennheiser Technics tier, not the chifi tier.

Other than the price, what other criteria you have in mind? One thing I don't like about my V3 is the bulky size of the case, the loud screech if you forget to off ANC before putting back into case. Other than that, I think its functions serve well at that pricing.

Suey AF bought until a faulty Klipsch earbud due to policy either I suck thumb waste more money to ship back and keep earbud as a paperweight... but other buyers seem to get working earbud...

finally, managed to replace my faulty Klipsch earbud

back-and-forth email with USA Klipsch took me 1 month to get a solution all because the CSO took up to 5 days to reply each email... in between, I also sought help from local Klipsch(TC Acoustic) they within an hour reply give solutions like what they can do and what I can try ask the USA Klipsch

went to their showroom within 5min get a replacement and got treated like a "valued customer" lol

if my pocket is deep enough I will definitely buy from Klipsch(TC Acoustic)

Oh yes. Been holding off on getting a tws til Xmas 2019 when I felt tws mkt and tech is mature enough. Even since then it went full swing. Nowadays can get good quality tws for $30 or less!

Sometimes I wonder why ppl still buy branded expensive tws these days. $100, $200 seriously?

Last time before tws, I buy $100 wired earphones by westone and ultimate ears etc cos that is the entry price. Can get for less by other mainstream brands like Sony, philips etc but the quality differs by a huge gap.
