The sub bass. The dynamics of the sound. No one comes close to Gemini 2.

Both about the same. If compare to Bose ultra. I would say is about 75 to 80% of ultra. Pi8 needs to have better seal to work well. Gemini 2 not so particular about sealing.

Hi, can recommend best for call quality in mrt noise? Currntly using airpod pro with iphone.. other party have problem hearing me during calls… they told me the calls is choppy with high pitch noise etc…

ive seen some reviews from youtube about oneplus buds 3, nothing ear 2 etc… seems impressive but the test are not in the mrt.. so my main priority will be mic call quality in the mrt cause i travel in mrt most of the time answering important work calls… and also must be able to pair with my iphone of course..

Apple airpods 4 ANC.

Using it on a Google pixel 9 pro fold Android phone. ANC is pretty good for an open type design. It effectively eliminates soft whirring sounds like air-conditioning and fan. Loud low rumble like bus engines still get through, as do voices. Transparency mode sounds similar to turning off the ANC and let in the same amount of ambient sound. Soundstage is wider than the airpods pro 2 due to its open design.

They have prominent mid bass and not much sub bass. Mids are clear and sounds natural. Highs are smooth and not sibilant, but they do sound thin. Turning up the treble range a few notches in Wavelet brings out the highs and makes it more resolving. Overall a warm sounding pair of earbuds.

The fit is dependent on the user's ears, since there are no rubber sleeve of different sizes to accommodate to different ears. They are made up of hard plastic, but they are surprisingly quite comfortable and secure in my ears. Battery life is pretty decent with about 4.5 to slightly less than 5 of hours of playtime with ANC turned on. The case is tiny, there's no more physical pairing button, pairing is done by double tapping the area below the case's LED light.

Still using the Fiil T1 Lite for my phone+ youtube watching while lying on bed.

Tried Creative Outlier Air V3, overall sound is nicer and richer, but gave it up as its not as responsive and always have issue connecting to phone.

The Fiil T1 Lite immediately gets recognised and I always only use one side of the bud, it'll almost instantly gets connected to whichever I pick out from the case, and sometimes change side as I replace it back and pick the other side up it also get connected immediately.

Is there any other buds out there that can improve sound quality but still give me the immediate connection to my phone?

Soundcore Liberty 4 Pro released without much fanfare. SG retailing for $199 but able to find export sets going for ~$160. Impressive specs but with the sub $100 segment being so competitive, hard to consider paying a premium for supposed better specs which you may or may not need.

totally agree… nowadays its common to find some of those so-called “Premium features” on those sub 100$ TWS

earfun, Edifier, ugreen, Creative are all very good sub $100 earbuds
