Ok.
So for Josh...
He offers an MTO service at $1800.
And also bespoke at $3500.
Blind welting at the waist is an extra $100 SGD.
Yes, these are the base prices with surcharges for various options. He also has a blake option for $1200. Did not want to disclose the prices earlier but im sure its ok now since u have msg him.
Im glad i chose him and if his workmanship is up to standard will commission future ones with him. Compared to overseas MTO, u can be assured a great fit as his workshop is here and iron out all ur doubts face to face with your own personal shoemaker. He does everything by hand..most overseas MTOs, like St Crispins, who are handmades as well still does the outsole stitch via machine. He uses top leather DuPuy n Ilcea n JR. Details like wooden shanks used, no synthetics, and he stacks d heel old school layer by layer with a japanese like smooth finish. Compared to local MTOs n craftsmanship, i stand to be corrected but he is d next best thing to handmade traditional art of shoemaking.its d real deal and the next best option is to go to Italy really for this kind of experience. Also his is not a shop like others in SG, he is the artisan n "factory" itself. IMHO, the price is worth it. U are paying for top quality materials n craftsmanship. The only cons are that he outsource his uppers closing but the "pros" here are that its outsourced to Italy and the closings are top notch. Compare his samples side by side..eg his adelaide vs another adelaide..u will see the stitches, brouges n perforations r superior in detail.
Regarding his boxes, yes, they are another plus point. Shows his high attention to detail. It allows the shoes to breath nicely amongst other benefits. IIRC its sourced from Australia and has a good social cause behind it.
This post is damn poisonous!
Gonna save up...

Just an update of my MTO with Josh, he will make fitting shoes in 2 diff sizes for me to try on 1st to ensure a great fit before he makes my final pair. Although no doubt he can use the fitting shoes for other customers in the future if ever or whether he provides similar service to his other MTO customers etc; nonetheless this signifies a high level of customer service and great dedication to his craft. The addition of a fitting session with fitting shoes makes this a semi-bespoke/MTM experience similar to those provided by other bespoke makers like y.fukuda etc. A true artisan indeed deserving of our local sartorial support.

EEA's ready to wear very similarly priced at 349, but also have to wait around same period of time

Bought a bunch of shoes at the Charles & Keith Warehouse sale last weekend. Very cheap ($12 shoes!) so the super long queue was worth it.
