Thanks dude. I'm tempted by the customization offer now. No time to rush to the store to try Inca unfortunately. Darn I should have tried when I was there. Do you wear your Uetam at 8.5UK?

Yes I wear my Uetam in 8.5UK.
My feet feels snug when I tried the Inca DM in 8.5UK. But when I walk, the crease has double folds and it feels weird when I walk around. Thus sizing down to 8UK is pretty safe. Go back to the local Carmina shop and get it stretched if it's too tight. Lol.

White loafers + daily use?

I hope you know what you are doing.

hmm....i am not working and when i go out i am mostly in shirts and berms.
so i am looking to get several pairs of loafers. black, brown, dark blue and white to match my clothes. and i do wear jeans or chinos when the occasion calls for it.

if not white then what? thanks.

btw i checked carmina, and there isn't any white option for loafers?

me thinks you'll look better in white (basic) sneakers like common projects

don't think i've seen anyone in white loafers and gone "that guy dresses well"

Not a fashionista etc, but white loafers do sound like something that was popular perhaps at least 5years ago.. The driving loafer variant

bro, i dun follow trends or fads. only concerned about my image.

i find it strange to wear sneakers as i see the shoes more to sports inclined.

loafers= casual to snart casual wear

dress shoes= formal office wear.

besides i am getting loafers with several colour options, not just restricting myself to white.

if u think wearing loafers are 'out' then perhaps u can share with me what kind of shoes will go with my usual wardrobe of casual tailored shirts and berms with the odd jeans and chinos.

thanks.

The classic loafers from Carmina (in white) will not suit your dressing.

I suggest a sand suede tassel loafer or even a driving shoes.

A belgian loafer in chestnut brown may also work.

This is my 2 cents. Tread carefully.

money isn't my consideration but comfort, quality and design are. can u imagine i wear $100 converse sneakers with a tailored shirt?:s22:

I do that. 😂😂😂 I even wear that with a tailored suit. I guess that is why people have been giving me odd looks. But as long as you are comfortable and confident, that should be good enough.

Uetam 6UK was very snug to the point of squeezing my toes. And that's without socks. 6.5UK was comfy. I'm likely to go with 6.5. No guts to go half size down. Thanks for the help!

These 2 advices came just at the right time. Ordered a pair of burgundy split toe in Rain 10 as I am on Loake Capital 9.5. Total 360Euro after adding a shoe tree and free shipping to SG.

Hmm, even if you're shipping it to Singapore?

Mine displayed a price starting from 413 Euros with the same option.

A lady, or CBS can get away with more unconventional stuff! :D

I think a certain type of loafers/ style comes to mind with white loafers. Loafers are timeless, white loafers... Just be abit more careful!

Damn too tempting:
Pulled the trigger on an austerity brogue, black musuem, JR sole, top taps and nail pattern
