Budget please, and what do you mean by modern design?

I'm fine to pay like $200 - $300. Probably looking at simple but trendy like Aldo and Petro kinda designs. But these 2 always don't have smaller sizes and their smallest is 39.

Loake Churchill @ Robinsonshoes. G width, 20% discount and free shipping currently.

Thanks! Saw that under the clearance section, but its a half size up. Once I get the sizing sorted I'll have to wait for the next round of 20% :s13:

For those who are interested also, theshoesnob has a drop on massdrop that is ending today. The plum museum calf looks good!

How does J Fitz shoes fit compared with the likes of New Rey (meermin), Simpson(Carmina) and Vass (F last)?

I missed out on the trunk show but would like to hear the experience of others to get a rough idea.

Do show the shoes!

as requested, here are the pictures. pardon the poor quality.
was advised by Gabriel to downsize by half size even though I wear a 6.5 UK for Carmina Inca last. I also wore 6.5 UK for Robert, Hiro (Meermin) and Capital (Loake)

No idea also. The tracker went silent after 1st Dec and suddenly it just appeared on my office desk! lol.

I did contact Skoak team and the Swedish postal office last week about my "missing" shoes. Alexander said they will investigate it. The normal delivery timeline should be about 2 weeks so mine is a weird case.

As for the shoe tree, it's quite similar to Carmina shoe trees. quite wide. Generic shoe tree tend to be more narrower.

Nice. but why took so long.

Seems like you bought the shoe trees from Skoak as well.... How are they compared to generic ones?

And yes, instep is high compared to Hiro's. 804 seem to be my fav last now!

Nice! The instep looks pretty high. Is that the case?

now, the wait continues for another 2 pairs of shoes! :s13:

I see. I thought they use FedEx. Mine appeared very soon, and I just got reminded to pay the GST to FedEx.

I see and I know. But free shipping on FedEx counts for something. although i have yet to even condition (not to mention wear) those shoes.

To add on, only people reading this thread won't question why we need so many pair of shoes! LOL.

Loake is as english as they get. Doubt he wants that. Maybe something italian in a blake/bologna construction would suit him more?

Probably you are right. Any brand recommendation that has small sizes?
I saw Ed Et Al shoemaker has some small sizes for men. Never hear about them being mentioned much here thou.
