Considering a pair of new shoes too... if you have a $300+ budget, do you guys get the shoes online, herring uk? Think the cheapest there are Loakes or Barker. Any other reliable websites? Or is there a worthy shop around in singapore?

My current cheapo shoe is breaking apart soon lol... not sure if can last 1 month shipping time, might look to buy something cheaper at $50-100 this week first. What can I get besides Pedro? Anything in Aldo or elsewhere? One time buy 2 shoes, can feel the pain in my wallet lol.

THESE shoes ?

Herring Shoes only take about 3-4 working days to get to you. They are extremely fast in shipping out.

From what i've read, people use Acetone to strip the existing finish, before dyeing it to a different shade.

Renomat is not strong enough to strip the existing finish (it will be splotchy, if it even strips at all).

Thanks.. any idea where I can get Acetone?

Herring give shoe tree with the shoes? Need to enter any coupon code? I only got one code which will give 10% off. In the past had to enter a code to get the free shoe trees right?

I think got free tree? seem to read it somewhere.

anyway can share herring code?

thinking of getting a fairly good shoe.

meermin about 160euros. design looks gd. but not much reviews here? the size chart seems very big for the usual sizes, e.g. Uk 10 and their centimeter measurement dunno why so big lol. don't wanna get too high end and bust the GST range. and also first time buying shoes online, some concerns especially the fitting.

for herring is it safe to buy the usual size you wear?

wonder how does these fair in terms of $$ and quality:
herring classic £175.00
herring continental £99.95
loake shoemaker £140.00
loake 1880 £195.00

saw ppl usually only mention the highest end one.

also heard the saphir cream is popular.. what exactly is it? saw a few cream not sure which, got pommadier/cordovan, still got tube. is it this? Saphir Medaille D'Or Pommadier Cream Polish 75ml

anyone uses kiwi brand? lol.

The last time I ordered I only can choose either free trees or discount. Anyway the 10% discount is AH10.

You can only enter one code... So it is either AH10 for 10% discount or HSAB for free Herring Cedar Shoe Tree... I chose the Shoe Tree as if I were to take the 10% and buy a shoe tree, I would be paying more...

I went over to Robinson to try out the Loake shoe to find out my size and purchase it online... The fitting for most of the shoe at Robinson is F... G is a bit wider... Loake and herring should be about the same size and cutting...

I wanted to buy saphir spray for suede shoes but no one seems to be able to deliver it to Singapore... My leather shoe is using Dasco conditioner...

if anyone is getting something started on Saphir products, perhaps on a fine pair of shoes, i'd like to piggy back, please? Unfortunately I haven't got any experience in doing as such.

Also the Loakes at Robinsons aren't the 1880 line, which many in the know feel are the only wearable range. I've been given to understand that loake isn't exactly the best brand around. But heck, i got a pair and it's still a big jump for me.

I don't think the one at Robinson have that many of the 1880 range...you go there to test out the size to purchase online...

i just tried at it is still working...i think it is for herring shoes only as I tried selecting church shoe and it does not work...i just check you need to spend minimum £99 to use the code...

edit:
It only works on regular price Herring shoes only not for any other shoe brand and minimum spend is £99...Sales shoes not entitled...

No worries... Enjoy using the code... What shoes are you looking to buy?

Was actually looking at the burford but then saw the bedale which seem more suitable for me. Cuz I am looking for a pair of shoes to wear during wet weather. Something cheap that I don't mind damaging as well...
