Don't think they ship directly to Singapore, you can try contacting them to enquire, but I think go through Comgateway/Borderlinx would be more convenient.

You can try Loake at Robinson department store for your
sizes and email to Herring check with them the Herring Last, they will advise you. This is what I did before I placed
the order .

I used the same promo quote as you, will be getting the polished shoe tree instead of the one from askandy which is a cedar shoe tree. I will post pic when my shoe arrive.
