Quite a few requests asking on watching EPL matches using XBMC. I use AceStream on WizWig links. Quality is decent (most times its in HD and Eng if you know which AS link to use)

Well, here's some simple instructions.
1. Add Fusion source (http://fusion.xbmchub.com)
If you have not used Fusion before, i'm not sure if you should be reading this XBMC thread =:p

2. Install Add-On P2P-streams
This actually installs your Sopcast & AceStream add-on player

3. Install Add-On SportsDevil

4. When its match time, just go to SportsDevil, look for LIVE SPORTS then Wizwig TV. And you should be able to find the match you want. And select AceStream links.

Thanks jeff! Its working now. Do you know how to setup sd card for xbmc caching for faster buffering of videos?

It is not recommended to use SD card for caching because it will wear out the card very fast. Most of the android box have 1-2G of RAM and most of the time not utilised, it can be used to cache the data stream.

Just download the advanced setting file here:

advancedsettings.xml_??????|??? ??-?????

and placed it in folder: xbmc/userdata

The xml file will increase the cache to 3x the default and also increase the streaming speed.

Can't find the folder xbmc/userdata...where to locate it?

I suggest you buy a new android based media player instead. The price is about $45 including delivery for a low end model, e.g himedia Q2s. Although it is a low end model, its processing speed is much higher than HD900B and able to run XBMC. Of course you can get better model like minix X8H

Guys, i intend to fix up a HTPC just for XBMC.

Before i go ahead, I would like to know whether there is any Android media box that is able to stream movie with 5.1 channel audio and bluray files above 8 - 10 gb? I think it's not possible to stream 3D movies, right?

Streaming 3D movies is the same as streaming other files. On normal display, you will see 2 videos playing side-by-side or top-and_bottom. On your 3D TV remote, switch the display to combine them into 1 video for the 3D effect. I am doing this for my xbmc on PC, I would think xbmc on Android should be the same.

Im using andriod box most of the time & my HTPC less usage nowadays.Everything is possible for andriod Xbmc.I can stream movies 5.1 channel with software decoding & 3D movies as well,no issue with my LG 3D TV.I have 5.1 dolby digital demo files for andriod testing.

Tronsmart media player - 4K ultra high

Just bought this 4K ultra HD media player (rebrand to Tronsmart S89) from Jeffs. It is a box that you will not regret getting.:s13: What strike me at first was the unique round box design, quite unconventional but nice!

Exterior aside, the box performance is outstanding, especially with the xbmc installed. The before and after sales support from Jeffs is another factor you should get from him. He has tremendous knowledge and experience with xbmc, and he will customize and set the box up before giving it to customer. The UI is easy to use, and the content is well covered.

And when you have any issue, Jeff will respond within a short time via Whatsapp or email. You can feel the enthusiasm in him when it comes to xbmc. All these make the experience worth it! Thanks Jeff!:D
