So far i have not try any HD cuz i only subcribe normal netflix streaming non HD package.For HD streaming i use Xbmc.

Those who wants to try this, go to youtube and search how to install the PVR. Links are live and claimed to be maintained. Channel logos (Kodi version needed) and EPG are available. EPG timining seems to be adjusted to local time if you set the time shift. Fair bit of channels for each catergory e.g. cartoons, news, etc...

Too many channels, many not working channels, many non-english channels.

May be you want to try out this list, much better. Save the m3u file on your box, and configure your iptv client to look for local file.

Thanks. Loaded it under XBMC Video - Files. The TVB news link is useful. I am accessing the 3 live TVB channels using Hola VPN extension in Chrome.

How do you define HD or not? Its written HD but only 720p? Shouldn't it be 1080p?

In Xbmc HD represent as 720P & for 1080P it indicate as 1080P

Have tried this on my minix 7 using XMBC Minix (xbmc 13.3) and the whole system went into a very bad lag. Anyone else experiencing? As I'm using confluence skin, everytime my airmouse went to the left it'll trigger something from the "floating" menu (e.g. it'll triger Search, Radio, EPG) is there anyway to disable the floating menu? Thanks.

Yeah read yesterday apparently there is no difference according to some but i feel there is a huge difference between 720p n 1080p. Always search the 1080p until head big.

I always used xmbc mash up movreel. However i found that the volume, as in when talking, is always softer than the music. I had to ramp up the volume to listen to the talking, but get a loud shock when the sound effect come. Anyone encounter same as me? Is this due to the source and can i sort some settings for it?

There is huge different if you play 1080p with high bitrate quality around 5-10G.But i dont think some device can support it.Most 1080p content in Xbmc about 1-3G.

By the way guys, go xmbc, mash-up, go HD and choose Demon88 HD movies. Into the storm, Dawn of the planet of the apes, teenage mutant ninja turtles, saw + wromg turn full series and many more on 1080p with no lag. Simply awesome.

In audio setting
Volume amplification (dynamic range compression)

Allows you to adjust how much the audio range is compressed, making the loud and soft sounds closer in volume. This is useful when watching movies with loud sound effects such as explosions at night.

Dont disable it cuz is useful information for navigation of each menu when you needed.Install Aeon MQ5 skin this will help you to avoid having floating menu on the left.All floating menu will be on the top.
