I am using the HD600A. However i cant seem to get my XMBC to work properly. Tried the suggestion on the first page but also cannot. Cant seem to get any repos or add-on. Whenever i try to open a programme it crashes...

why don't play your XBMC on a dedicated box? nowadays $50 can buy you a good spec android box of reputable brands.

I'm just in trial mode to see if it's laggy or reliable before getting a dedicated box such as HiMedia. Been reading this & the other super active threads on similar topic and has been resisting the Just Hoot temptation & poison... =D

I suggest you uninstalled the official XBMC version because it dont work with Amlogic processor.You need the Amlogic version XBMC.Will pm you the download link & once installed you enable the armcodec only in the video acceleration

This Xbmc version 13.1 is correct for himedia model.I assume you using the virtual keyboard.Can you use pc keyboard connect to your media player & test it.Worse senario you have to install using Usb method with zip file.

try xbmc setting change font to Arial.

Anybody has problem using XBMC primewire(1 Channel)? 2 days ago my primewire suddenly got this error "Unable to connect to primewire.blahblahblah url"

It was working fine all along, suddenly it just went broken... i tried changing to some custom URL as recommended by some online google search but still not able to fix it.

Anybody who has a simply issue and got it resolved please PM or share the resolution here.

Good question if you are using andriod OS to uninstall any apps in Xbmc it quite simple just point to the apps you want to uninstall by using your IR Remote control by pressing the menu button & look for configure & press to uninstall.

For sources you need to go system>addon>get addon>repository>same step by pressing IR remote menu button to uninstall the main sources.

If u wanna try xbmc, suggest you try it on yr Android phone or PC or Mac 1st before committing to buying a media box.

Reason being is that you understand and know what are the movies/series/sports you can get in XBMC.

Save yrself the hassle of comparing boxes and transferring apks or whatever.
