Yes, China ROM. Just over $1k while the global ROM was around $1.5k.

I do not need the timeline feature.

The photos and videos have the geo-tagging for my China ROM, which is good enough for me.

ok so need original case to add filters.

don't think they will release another with 120mm telephoto, usage quite niche for most. yet 120mm really still not enough, so >2x attachments still necessary.

pity they didn't add floating lens for 75mm macro (available on 13 pro) otherwise i sure get one.

May i check if anyone using china rom have issue with whatsapp ? mine doesnt receive the message when it is in standby mode after a few minutes. It also doesnt receive calls in standbymode.

Calls as in whatsapp call right? U need to turn on auto start and off battery optimization for whatsapp. Those apps with push notifications like line, telegram, email etc also need do the same. This is the standard setting u need to do for every xiaomi cn rom phone.

I tried that. Even allow 4 or more background process. Not sure is anyone with china rom is having similar issue and manage to resolve it. Guess next is to factory reset.

Turn on auto start and no battery restriction. Even with these, sometimes might still have delay in receiving message on CN ROM probably due to these app not used in China and so not optimised.
Xiaomi.EU ROM completely fix these issues.
For call not showing up but phone still vibrate etc, its due to MIUI optimised, turning it off solve whatsapp call not showing in lockscreen.

If u want 100% working method, last option is the adb method but the whole phone battery optimization will be off so battery drain may add abit. No need unlock bootloader. Just plug in from pc to phone and enter command will do. U can search in this sub forum. I post before.

hi, I have the same issue here. It seems that HyperOS does not have the "wake locked screen for notification" button anymore ?
Did anyone manage to find a solution/workaround here ?

Is 13 Ultra worth buying now? I'm a long-term Samsung user and have been using S7, 8, 9, 10, and 21 until recently my s21u got 1 then 2 vertical lines.
It seems that the vertical line is pretty common problem with Samsung phones, I'm considering switching and am impressed with the 13 Ultra camera. My observation after some research is that except for the camera, 14 Pro is better than 13 Ultra in (almost) everything else, and 13 Ultra is also in the same price range as S23 Ultra.

Very hard decision here. I'm open to both android and iOS and switching to iPhone 14 pro is another possibility.
