Hi, I just bought the Mi 13u, found that the bottom screen is quite sharp, can feel it when I swipe it up, do you guys have the same feel or is my unit bottom screen got issue?

Update: there's factory applied SP (or TGSP), no wonder. Do you guys peel it off and replace it?

U out casing should already be above the screen protector right.

To be honest, I find the factory sp quite good and thick. Only thing is it attracts some dust and leaves some finger prints

Yeah but depend on the casing type too, plan to use it without a casing but let's see Thanks.

Is there a way to disable the 10s and 5s confirmations before we can press the OK or continue button? And the wallpaper carousel that kept changing—how to disable it so it will display the wallpaper that I set for the lock screen instead? Thank you.

Understand xiaomi did something to the cloud service recently, eg: no longer support picture/media backup storage.

What do you need it to do?

I can credit card purchases and EZ-link on it. Haven't got any issues at all.

I can't use nfc on bus or train. Store front no issue The google wallet/google pay not reacting to this situation. Dam malu.

I tried restart phone numerous time using the nfc troubleshoot. Dam waste time and also didn't work. I cfm not phone cover because I using the photographer kit cover and I even tried slap the screen to the reader but no response

I saw xiaomi website have 14.0.4 stable global rom but idk why my phone don't detects that 14.0.4

My first Xiaomi and probably the last one.what a junk ui. ***** tramatic with so many Stares n zhng sound for the holdup. What a way ruining my day twice in a fk row

Phone don't react to bus n mrt reader. Even with google pay/wallet activated on screen no reaction at all.

No issue with store payment..for now...dam ***** tramatic to use on daily basis now. Pointless without working nfc function

No issue so far, both CN and EU ROM. Try re-adding the card. If you have simplygo, will need to re-add the card as well.

Weird you have all these issues. I am on the factory CN ROM, MIUI 14.0.17.0, and yes, it took a bit of time to setup the phone to look exactly what I want, e.g., change the default launcher, remove junk apps using adb, etc., but after that, the experience is pretty rewarding; it just works like any other vanilla Android phone, and the camera, I love it! The only thing I miss is the nearby share, so I am wondering if the EU ROM has that feature; otherwise, it's not worth unlocking and flashing the EU ROM.

To add salt to my wound,mine was local set..aka global rom. Idk why so much issue ...when first use,phone is Abit warm. I saw people mentioned update firmware will do. After doing so my nfc botched

Have you tried to change the payment default to Google Pay? For tapping in and out of buses or MRT, I believe it will use Google Pay, which will use your CC defined in the wallet, or have you tried to restore NFC functionality?

For mine case I only have google pay as the only option as I dun use other services.
And yes, I spam restore nfc but no helping on transport nfc

Sad...any advice on how to backup from 13u?I'm new to Xiaomi interface
