Sorry for a noob question, I install apps using a thumbdrive, how do I uninstall apps?

HDPtv all tiong shows leh, i want like tvapp like tht, got hbo, got star etc....

Another app could be 浪子.
For HDPTV, there is a source the experts in FB had advise, like 苏州xx or what.... can view quite alot free channels in it.

Worse come to worse, get those paid IPTV loh. some have free channels in it too.

try reboot. after latest firmware update, my box takes almost 1 min to boot up.

Already rebooted many times, and I left it on for hours but every time still stuck at boot screen. I need help desperately!!!

ya, will trust him. So bro Pengsp, if anything goes wrong along the way, we can just reset to factory original firmware?

By the way, why we need to root the box ah? advisable to root boh if we want to install kodi/xmbc? So far am using the Shafa and apps from there.

It is always possible to brick your box while rooting & updating the firmware. Do not root if you do not know/ understand the benefits of the rooting. I also would not recommend to update the firmware if you do not face any problem. There are many things that could go wrong along the way while rooting & updating fw. Sometime it is not so easy to go back to the original fw if it cannot boot, i.e. boot loader is corrupted.

BUT I prefered my box to be rooted. I hate ads (->Ad Block Plus, LuckyPatcher, hosts file) & space is very limited on XM box (->external sdcard)

The root.360.cn is one of the easiest way to root, dowload the apk & root, no cable needed.

Try to boot to System 2 (I never done before, hope it could help you if there is no other choice).

Google for "RUI Apk", install, and you can access the typical Android setting from there, then you can uninstall from Apps in the setting menu, get out of the RUI launcher by pressing home button.

try this: press home and menu on the remote at the same time and hold for a few seconds

Hi, I am using HDPtv on my Samsung Note 3 (downloaded through Shafa.com)

When I am watching some channel streams, after a few minutes, the channel automatically loads ans switches to the next channel.

Anyone encounter this? Greatly appreciate any hints on how to solve this. Thanks!!

Hi i notice off late some of the apps were not able to be used? And was wondering how do i download apps into my xiaomi box which has been jailbreak? And i notice youku recently cant be watched is it due to my vpn? Is it due to the fact i need to purchase and then i will be able to view?

by jailbreak do u mean root? mibox dun need to jailbreak also can install apps like HDPtv, pudding, dian shi mao, kodi etc

as for the youku, i dunno cos i dun use youku. but most likely, youku detected that ur not in china so dun allow u to watch. ur vpn has been set to china location?
