connected the OTG cable to external hdd. der box doesnt seem to read the hdd. it doesnt even have the 本地播放 where i presume is the section that u click to open the hdd.

anyone help?

To add to forumer query, can owners also advice wat is the limit of external HDD xiaomi box can recognize? Thanks.

Luckily I sold mine. Anyway, the miui in xiaomi hezi is too conservative (can't even access the settings without a 3rd party app)

The iCntv content is too limited. There is no proper wireless keyboard support as well.

oh the little rice box finally managed to read the thumb drive after i upgraded the firmware. din try it with an external hard disk yet though.
and yes, i went to the 高清播放器 section.

man... this box is more complicated and ley chay than my AC Ryan....

The box has dual wifi capability. Do we need to enter 2 passwords for 2 SSIDs, one for 2.4GHz and another for 5GHz ?
