But standing at Xiaomi's view, India has a pretty huge market that Xiaomi can tap on for potential explosive growth, especially there's still many people in India not having access to smartphones.

Singapore market is too small and saturated for them to expect an explosive growth, at most can be a testing market for their products.

MIUI forum is it that you are referring? Yeah, got many Indians complaining but there still will sure have its praises too lah, same as Xiaomi's home market, China, too. Xiaomi in China also has its fair share of complaints, some can be rowdy but there will still be people praising it.

Well, that's the thing if a company decides to emerge to an huge market. They need to have enough resources to deal with the huge customer database and also complaints.
