during heavy gaming session, r the 8 cpu cores utilised at all? if not, i'm juz going to aim for hexa core model, thks

8.1.9.0 is correct and it is the latest official Global rom for 3/64 and 4/128. :)

Somehow, Xiaomi had pulled the 8.2.1.0 for public update and download about a week ago! I don't know what was the cause of it.

Any apps notification no-show, you either put the effected apps in Autostart and assign the app to "No Restriction" zone of Battery setting! By default, all apps are assigned to "Restriction" zone in Battery setting by MIUI!

**There is a reason to keep few versions of MiFlash Tools including the previous Beta version as some PCs don't work with certain versions of MiFlash Tool. One has got to try different versions of MiFlash Tool if the current one does not work on your PC or it has been giving you error or failure in roms flashing!

For the record. My new PC does not work with certain version of official MiFlash Tool. I'm still using the old Beta version of MiFlash Tool in which, it somehow, works flawlessly with my new PC.

My old PC worked with official MiFlash Tool.., Strange indeed!

Ask starch1990 who is his seller as his seller has given him China set but kind enough to preload the official Global rom for him!

It saves your trouble of flashing to Global rom if the China set comes with a China rom unless you are okay to flash! :s22:

Qoo10 or Shopee or Lazada might have good deal or promotional price now! Go to thses sites to see see look look! :s22:

I bought from Qoo10 store called umi tech. But their current price is $369 for gold

So far so good with EU 8.2.3.0 (last stable version)

In middle of migrating apps, sms, etc

Battery is impressive so far. Did a lot of restart, backup restore, movie playback, GAGT and whatnot since last night.. only down from 90ish to 47%
Wifi only so far havent used sim card (as iam on office on call duty :p)

Havent installed BBS though to monitor SOT

For those who want to send files,apps,etc from phone to phone can use ShareIt. Very fast using wifi hotspot transfer.

I know, tpu case turns yellowish. But hey, at that cheap price of just $2.00 per tpu case from online store, I could buy 10 tpu case and keep changing to the next brand new tpu case as and when I feel that the current one has turned too yellowish to my liking and it costs just $20.00 in total...:)

What can I say and ask for more!

Wah! Very old post you also can dig it out...

Aliexpress has plenty. The only downside is must wait for likes about 10 days sending from China.

So, buy extra few more at one shot. Once it turns too yellowish not to your liking anymore, you can change it immediately instead of waiting for another order to comes. :)

I bought 5 in one shot. :)
